Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Intellisense. If the extension isn't working for you, we'll make it right.

Free Trial

Every new user gets 10 free AI actions with no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to evaluate the extension before subscribing.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@intellisense.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. If you are charged for a renewal and no longer wish to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date for a refund of that charge.

To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription from your account dashboard before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date (except renewal refunds within 7 days).
  • Partial months — refunds are for the full billing period only.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
