By installing or using the Intellisense Chrome extension or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Intellisense is a browser extension that provides AI-powered writing assistance including grammar correction, smart completions, translation, style rewriting, and autocorrect on web pages.

New users receive a free trial of 10 AI actions with no account or credit card required. After the trial, continued use of AI features requires a paid subscription at $5/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

All rights, title, and interest in the Intellisense extension and website remain with Intellisense. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Content you write remains yours.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use your own judgment before applying any suggestion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellisense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intellisense operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
